"I've just placed my third order for TDBU light-filtering cellular shades. For the current order, I was confused about measurements, particularly as one window is in an odd location. Customer service has been incredibly helpful and very, very patient. I am so grateful for the help. The shades are of really good quality for a reasonable price. This is why I continue to purchase from this company. Great quality, great service!"

"For the price these shades are great however these do not have a self leveling feature. This means most of the time the shades are totally crooked and need to be leveled when using the top down feature. They never advertised that feature but with top down bottom up shades it's painfully obvious how important level shades are. These shades look great but just note you get what you pay for. I will also say that this company does have great customer service and were able to customize my shades to the exact size I needed."

"These blinds are perfect for the bedroom. Not only do they darken the room at night but you can center them in the window and fill the room with light during the day. Use only the lower half and have light in the room and still have your privacy. Customer support was great!"

"We have purchased the same Linen Avenue top down bottom up blinds before and were very satisfied. Once again, we are extremely satisfied with the product. It was easy to install, definitely blocks out the bright street lights behind our home, and aesthetically looks very nice. We highly recommend these blinds."

"I was a bit skeptical since these are less pricey than most other options, but they are actually pretty awesome blinds. I got the blackout ones, and they truly do block out all light. Everything seems pretty sturdy, except for the plastic mounting brackets, but I think that's pretty easy to find metal ones that would fit if you wanted it be extra secured to the window frame. Maybe more expensive brands would be more heavy duty to handle things like children ripping at the blinds, but for most cases where people aren't beating them up, these blinds are an awesome option."
