What are the different types of blinds and shades available?

  • Our Faux Wood blinds come in various mounting types such as Inside Mount, Outside Mount, and Partial Inside Mount. While our shades include Roller (Coming Soon), Cellular, and Solar Screen (Coming Soon) shades. Each type offers unique benefits and aesthetic appeal.
How do I choose the right blinds or shades for my home?
  • Consider factors like room function, light control, privacy needs, and decor style. For instance, blackout shades are ideal for bedrooms, while solar shades work well in living rooms for reducing glare without blocking the view.

Where can I find instructions on how to install my window coverings?

What is the proper method for measuring my windows to ensure I purchase blinds in the correct size?

  • To ensure you purchase the correct size for your windows, you must first decide on a preferred mounting type. For a more in depth guide on how to properly measure, please refer to the measuring guide on the listing photos of the product(s) you purchased.

What is the difference between Inside Mount, Partial Inside Mount, and Outside Mount?  

  • We provide three different mounting options for our Faux Wood Blinds: flush inside, partial inside, and outside mount. We provide two options for our program of shades: inside mount and outside mount. Flush inside mount is when the blinds/shades are installed in the window sill and outside mount is when the blinds/shades are installed on the outside of the window sill. 

What is your return/exchange policy?

  • We allow our customers up to 60 days to return product(s). We aim to provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee to every customer.

Will I be able to purchase hardware replacements?

  • All replacement purchases can be made by visiting our homepage and clicking on the tab with the specific blinds or shades you desire that will then have an option for replacement hardware products. 

What is your warranty policy?

How long will my window coverings last?

  • To ensure your window coverings last long, you must properly care for and clean regularly. What is the cost of shipping in the U.S.?

  • We offer free shipping for ALL U.S. orders. Please see shipping policy for more details.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

  • All Linen Avenue orders typically ship within 4-5 business days and will arrive within two weeks.

What can I do if I didn’t receive all of the hardware for my purchase in my package?

We apologize if your package did not include all of the hardware and parts. Please email us your order number and a photo of what you received to customercare@linenavenue.com and we can assist you with this matter.

I bought a linen Avenue cordless faux blind. The blind will not go up for me. How do I get the cordless blind go up. I didn’t see a clip to pull for the blind to work. Please write me back. And tell me how to put the blind up. Thank you. Mary
