Our Faux Wood Blinds consist of individual faux wood slats with attachment strings. To maintain them, we follow these specific cleaning steps:

  1. Keep in mind to not use water, strong detergent, or abrasive solution as it will damage the blind.
  2. Start by dusting each slat using a duster, damp cloth, or vacuum with a brush attachment. Make sure to clean both sides of the pleat.
  3. Be careful not to rip or tear the string.
  4. For proper maintenance, clean monthly.

Our Standard Light Filtering and Blackout Cellular Shades feature a 100% polyester recycled material and a durable honeycomb structure, resulting in long-lasting and energy efficient shades. Due to the unique material, they require special care when cleaning. Here is a guide on how to clean them properly:

  1. Start by gently wiping both headrails, bottom rails, and stains with a damp cloth.
  2. Dust the shade fabric with a feather duster or vacuum using a soft brush attachment.
  3. For proper maintenance, clean monthly.

Our Day and Night Shades are part of our Cellular Shade family, but due to the separate blackout and sheer materials, as well as their honeycomb structure and energy efficiency, they require unique care. Here's how:

  1. Please remember, do not clean with a vacuum on this shade as it can potentially damage the fabric.
  2. Dust each individual pleat with a duster or damp cloth.
  3. To avoid creasing, hold the bottom bar of the shade while dusting.
  4. For proper maintenance, clean monthly.

Our Roller Shades are made of a polyester blend material, available in standard light filtering and blackout options, as well as 1% and 5% solar screen. These shades may be more noticeable from the exterior, so it's important to keep them clean and here's how:

  1. Start by pulling shade down to the lowest point.
  2. Gently wipe bottom rail with a damp cloth.
  3. Use a brush attachment to vacuum the shade’s fabric and gently scrub any stains with a damp cloth.
  4. Allow the shade to completely dry before rolling up.
  5. For best results, clean monthly.

Caring for and cleaning your window treatments will allow them to last long and a happier home!
