When will my order arrive?
All Linen Avenue orders typically ship within 4 to 5 days and will arrive within two weeks. For more information, see Shipping Policy.
Can I return my order?

How do I know which size to order?

What’s the difference between Outside and Inside Mount?
Outside and Inside Mount refers to the placement of your blinds on your window.
Outside Mount Blinds are hung above and around the window frame and extend past window edges. This is a great option for shallow window frames and shades mounted on doors.
Inside Mount Blinds fit inside the window opening and are hung from the roof of the window frame.
What do I do if I didn’t receive all the needed hardware?
We apologize if your package did not include all hardware and parts for your blinds. Please send us your order number and a photo of what you received at sales@linenavenue.com. We will send you replacements as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
We do not automatically provide a refund when we receive the returned item. Once the return is inspected by our production team, the refund is processed on the following Monday or Wednesday. It will take 3-5 business days to see the payment reflected to original payment method.
Can I customize my shade/blind size?
Email us at sales@linenavenue.com to request a width adjustment or drop (height) trimming. Please provide your order ID and the specific measurements for the shade/blind.
